"Happy" is the second single by American R&B singer Ashanti from her debut album on May 21, 2002 (see 2002 in music). It was written by Ashanti, Raymond Calhoun and producer Irv Gotti.

Happy reached number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 and number six on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart. The single became Ashanti's fourth top ten hit on both charts. The song was in the top ten in the Netherlands, top twenty in the United Kingdom and New Zealand, and the top thirty and forty in Australian, French and Swiss.

The remix was produced by Chink Santana and featured rapper Charli Baltimore which contains the sample of Gap Band's "Outstanding". It was later included on the Murder Inc. remix-compilation Irv Gotti Presents: The Remixes.
